Trees, flower beds, pathways, picnic areas, lawns, the playground — plus all the other elements that make Waterfront Park so special — require year-round care and funding. Your supports helps the Friends do just that!

We are now seeking donations for the installation of several beautiful flowering lilacs, additional shade trees for the picnic area and the expansion and maintenance of the flower beds. All new plantings will follow recommendations of experts to ensure longevity, beauty and ease of care.  Moreover, we have been planting native plants and pollinators to become part of the Pollinator Pathways movement!

Contributors of $100 or more will be acknowledged on the website. But please know that we welcome contributions of any amount, and that your donation is tax deductible. We also welcome your ideas for future improvements to Waterfront Park!
